Arrangements can be made for vegetarians/persons with special dietary requirements. This information is supplied to The Brewery via the Society. Please note that if the Society is not notified of any specific dietary requirements by Monday 10 January 2022 an extra cost may be charged by The Brewery for each special meal required and this cost will be passed on to the applicant.
Please email your dietary requirements to us at email@example.com

What is the dress code?
The Burns Supper is a black-tie event. Highland Dress is acceptable and actively encouraged!
Can I provide a seating plan for my table?
Successful applicants are responsible for laying out place cards, if they are using them, at their table(s) and access is given early to the Porter Tun Room where the Supper is held to allow this to be done.
The Brewery has developed careful measures to reassure their guests that they can put on events safely but also normally. They have confirmed to us that, as far as they are concerned, the Supper an proceed with its usual look and feel. We attach their guide to events post-Covid, which you and your guests may find useful.
Guests will need to show their NHS Covid pass or equivalent on entering the venue under current procedures. The Brewery recommends that face masks be worn when moving around, but this will not be required at tables, in the drinks reception, or on the dance floor.
Can non-members apply for tickets?
The Committee would like to emphasise that for applications to be successful they must be made by a fully paid up member of the Society. To become a member please register and complete the online Membership form here.
If you have any questions about the 2020 Burns Supper please email the Committee at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Unfortunately, we cannot respond to specific queries by phone.
