Can non-members apply for tickets?
The Committee would like to emphasise that for applications to be successful they must be made by at least one fully paid up member of the Society. To apply for membership please see the membership section on our website.
How will tickets be allocated?
As in previous years, allocation of tables will be at the discretion of the Committee, generally on a first come, first served basis. In the case of over subscription preference will be given based on the number of paid-up members of the Society per table. Tables will consist of ten places. The Society is nevertheless organised for the benefit of its members and we will endeavour to accommodate applications from members for tables of less than ten places, and single applications from members.
Successful Applicants
The closing date for applications is 30 November 2025. Tickets can only be purchased through our website.

The full menu will be provided soon along with information on how to let us know if you have special dietary requirements.
How do I pre-order drinks?
With regard to pre-Supper drinks, these are made available in the King George III Room where a bar is available. Pre-Supper and Supper drinks for corporate hospitality tables must be pre-ordered directly from The Brewery and not via the Society.
Please follow this link, select the date followed by the event and click Next: https://menus.preoday.com/The-Brewery#/main/venue/menu/events
Please ensure you add the company name where you do not have a table number, this will ensure the drinks will go to the correct table. You will not receive a table number until closer to the event.
What is the dress code?
The Burns Supper is a black-tie event. Highland Dress is acceptable and actively encouraged!
Can I provide a seating plan for my table?
Successful applicants are responsible for laying out place cards, if they are using them, at their table(s) and access is given early to the Porter Tun Room where the Supper is held to allow this to be done.
Due to inflationary increases in supplier costs for the supper over the past few years, we have made the necessary decision to increase ticket prices in alignment. We appreciate your understanding.
