Annual Membership: £10 per person*

Can non-members apply for tickets?
We offer members tickets and non-member tickets. Member tables must include at least 4 members of the society. A non-member table must include at least 1 member of the society. Therefore, for applications to be successful they must be made by at least 1 fully paid-up member of the Society. To apply for membership please see the membership section on our website.
How will tickets be allocated?
As in previous years, allocation of tables will be at the discretion of the Committee, generally on a first come, first served basis. In the case of over subscription preference will be given based on the number of paid-up members of the Society per table. Tables will consist of ten places. The Society is nevertheless organised for the benefit of its members, and we will endeavour to accommodate applications from members for tables of less than ten places, and single applications from members.
When do ticket sales end?
The closing date for applications is 30 November 2027, but generally sell out in advance. Tickets can only be purchased through our website.
What is the order of events?
6.15pm: Drinks reception
7.00pm: Supper
9.30pm: Speeches
11.00pm: Ceilidh
12.30am: Carriages
(this can be subject to change)
What's on the Menu?
The full menu will be provided soon along with information on how to let us know if you have special dietary requirements.
What is the dress code?
The Burns Supper is a Highland Dress / black-tie event.
Who provides a seating plan for my table?
You are responsible for laying place cards if you wish to use them, the Society will assign you a table number. Access is given to the Porter Tun Room during the drinks reception for you to lay cards. Where your firm has purchased multiple tables with guests with dietary requirements, it is helpful to let the Society know the name of each table host.
How do I pre-order drinks?
With regard to pre-Supper drinks, these are made available in the King George III Room where a bar is available. Pre-Supper and Supper drinks for corporate hospitality tables must be pre-ordered directly from The Brewery and not via the Society. Details will be provided in due course.
Due to inflationary increases in supplier costs for the supper, we have made the necessary decision to increase ticket prices in alignment. We appreciate your understanding.
